Did you ever wonder why Caesars Palace is not spelled Caesar's Palace?

A casino representative explained why. The casino created a Roman theme to make it appear that guests were walking into a Roman palace. And all its employees are trained to treat each guest with the respect and honor due a Caesar. In short, every guest is a Caesar. So Caesars is used as a plural descriptive adjective, not a possessive. A further example: The winners circle.
